The new project is an interior tenant improvement change of use within an existing building. New interior spaces consist of a small entry, office, karaoke rooms, a/v room, kitchen, men and womens restrooms, on site storage, and a shaftway.

The new interior build-out includes new partitions, ceilings, lighting, power & communication, new finishes, and millwork. Built-in fixed seating is included in the karaoke rooms. New work includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems supporting the new functions within the tenant suite.
