Music industry office space located in Beverly Hills. This multi floor project included structural reinforcements and new interconnecting stairs from the 6^th to 7^th Floors. Also constructed were new offices, conference rooms and restrooms. All new flooring, wall/ceiling finishes, acoustic wall paneling, millwork cabinetry and light fixtures throughout. New exterior signage installation as well as penthouse exterior patio finishes and electrical work.
