Tony Chiappetta
Executive Vice President of Operations
Tony is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. He and his team work closely with Mike Holwick to ensure all client demands are met and that office/field personnel have the tools available to deliver a superior product. Tony puts a priority on training and advocates an environment that focuses on internal growth within the company. He firmly believes that the company should always provide the opportunity for success and never be a barrier to an employee’s career advancements.
Before becoming EVP of Operations, Tony was a Senior Project Manager at Holwick where he managed nearly two million square feet of tenant, repositioning, and capital improvement projects. Prior to joining Holwick in 2007, Tony held positions at Arthur Andersen, Huron Consulting Group and American Invesco. Tony holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa and a MAS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
As an executive, “I stress a proactive approach to all situations. Construction brings a lot of unknowns on a daily basis, but many issues can be planned for if proper preparation is a primary focus. We take pride in our pre-construction efforts because a project’s success can be greatly aided during this phase. It is my responsibility to ensure that Holwick is a leader in the industry and never loses the drive to improve.”
