Shay has been with Holwick Constructors since 2009 and comes from a management background at PwC. As a senior project manager, Shay has deep technical tenant improvement construction knowledge that serves our clients and helps them comprehend and coordinate the more difficult areas throughout the construction process.
He prides himself on providing a quality product that meets schedules, is within budget and facilitates a smooth transition for when our clients occupy their new space.
Shay has a construction management certificate from UCLA. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has obtained a certified public accountant certificate in Illinois, Wyoming, and California
