Patrick joined the Holwick Constructors team in 2011 after graduating from the Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying). He comes from a long background in construction with both of his parents working in the construction industry in Ireland and the U.S.
Patrick started out at Holwick as a Project Engineer and has since graduated through the ranks, becoming an Assistant Project Manager and eventually an independent Project Manager. Since becoming a PM, he has completed roughly 500,000 square feet of TI projects totaling $20 million in revenue.
As a PM who has climbed the ladder at Holwick, Patrick prides himself in having a thorough understanding of all aspects involved in taking a project from start to finish. He is an example of what we strive for at Holwick, growth from within.
