Jeff Nichwander

Jeff joined the Holwick team in 2012. His background includes multiple accounting and finance positions in retail, public accountancy, agriculture, and title and mortgage industries.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University, Fresno, and is a certified public accountant.
His notable projects with Holwick include building repo for Cruzan at 9171 Wilshire including penthouse patio, a 30,000 SF clean room for Mercury Systems in Oxnard, and several TIs for Sony Pictures Entertainment both on and off lot. He has completed roughly 500,000 square feet of TI projects totaling approximately $65 million in revenue.
