Abacus’ Calabasas office is located in a Type V multi-occupancy building in an ideal location for their client base. The build-out included fully design-built MEPs with a rated drywall ceiling assembly throughout on the top floor of the building. The interior of the space includes an entertainment space located in a hexagonal high-ceiling corner featuring a custom radiused bar assembly floating in the center of the area. The office also included the design and construction of new accessible restrooms and showers.
