Watt Plaza is a Class A office building in the heart of Century City, developed by Watt Industries and managed by Watt Management Company. Holwick completed an expansion of the management office and an update to the reception area, adding new meeting rooms, a collaboration area, a custom cantilevered millwork banquette, and a feature TV wall finished in back-painted glass.
