The 3000 S Robertson building was purchased and renovated by a new ownership team. This large-scale renovation included new landscaping, hardscape, monument sign, lighting, built in custom concrete and wood seating and custom fencing with gates including a sliding security gate on the exterior courtyard. The existing parking garage and building façade received new paint, a custom mural art piece, custom decorative metal slats and custom decorative signage. The main building lobby, elevators and office spaces received new finishes that included ceilings, lighting, custom wall finishes and a built-in banquette assembly.
