Tenant build out on two floors with large boardroom, multiple offices and phone rooms, multiple large open breakroom, open reception area, and MEP engineered design. Open ceiling concept throughout open areas with multiple lighting designs. Build out was completed in 23 weeks per schedule during the COVID pandemic. Holwick readjusted and took every measure set by the CDC guidelines for construction and dealt with material production delays.
